When the bride-to-be was deciding what flavors she wanted...she mentioned how she would like Blue Velvet cake pops and I said, you mean Red Velvet and she laughed and said, No it's Blue Velvet so I said I would Google that and low and behold, there are recipes out there for Blue Velvet...so here is my first Blue Velvet cake pop made from scratch.
