Happy February Everyone!

We finally had a taste of winter again today and I'm not complaining because we have had such a mild winter and just think...it's 1/2 over!

The Cake Pop orders have been pretty quiet but with Valentine's Day on Tuesday, I have a bunch of orders that I have to make this weekend.

I have been totally addicted to Pinterest and have found a whole new world of creative baking out there that I really want to dabble in. 

Here are some royal icing cookies that I made - I thought they turned out good considering this is my first attempt ever.  I cheated a bit though and bought the cookies already cut out so I just had to bake them...but I did make the royal icing from scratch.
